  I can’t recommend Dan, from Kinfolk Physiotherapy enough. I have seen Dan for a few different niggles in the body and he was able to isolate the problem immediately and provide me with relief and fantastic tips on how to manage the problem long term. I feel very confident with Dan given his breadth of experience and always appreciate his thoroughness and the time he takes to explain the issues as well as various foam roller exercises that can promote healing as well as build strength.   I first discovered Dan after suffering chronic sciatica and constant lower back pain due to a confirmed bulging disc (L1 S5) brought on by some stupid heavy lifting whilst training for a half marathon. Months of osteopathy, acupuncture, massage and an epidural steroid injection didn't seem to be shifting anything. How glad I was to finally discover Dan, who from the outset has not only steered me toward a positive and active recovery but given me tools to become a stronger and more resilient athlete. Highly Recommended!!!
